Well, here we are, nearing the end of November. For some, this means it’s time to relax on couches and not move because our stomachs are still full of food from that holiday called Thanksgiving. For others, it means the beginning of Christmas shopping. For me and over 200,000 other people, it means the home stretch of finishing our goal of writing 50,000 words in thirty days. What is this insane thing that we are taking part in? National Novel Writing Month, of course!
I am at 43,557 words so far. That means 6443 more to go, and in three days. Not bad, of course not, it’s just that I am having a hard time writing exciting characters since I started a new story after I finished my first one at 31,140 words. I shouldn’t be worrying about this, though, because those 6443 words can be full of description and action (which I am very good at)! I hope to get a lot done when I get up this morning (It’s already 3:25 AM here). Maybe 5K??? We’ll see…
When the month is done, I’ll be sure to write an article about my experiences throughout this month which I think we will both enjoy! Stay tuned and thanks for joining me throughout the month!
